I participate in fasting as a diet/lifestyle and through trial-and-error I've discovered I need electrolytes every 24 hours when fasting. It's literal HELL without them. I refuse to drink Snake Juice or anything foul-tasting, so these flavored electrolyte packs are perfect. I did some research and they are rated in the top 10 products for zero-calorie electrolyte supplementation. The raspberry flavor is pretty good (and I typically dislike the taste of artificial sweeteners) so it's easy to drink, but it is VERY VERY sweet. I mix one packet with ~4oz water; I know it would be less sweet the more water I use. But I simply want to gulp it down and be done with it. There is a white powder that doesn't seem to dissolve, so I am continually stirring and swallowing so as to consume all the ingredients.

Best Taste! No gross overly sweet flavor. Tastes clean. I do keto and this took care of the leg cramps I was getting immediately!! Like, day one! Been using it ever since and that was four months ago. I kicked diet soda too! I hate plain water, this was a game changer. Cherry pomegranate is by far, the best flavor, IMO.

The raspberry tastes amazing, even though it has no sugar if you like things to taste sweet I high recommend this flavor, I also bought the grape and it tastes like diet fake want to be sweet but is not at all. Overall great product no immediate or bad aftertaste, doesn't cause jitters or your body to feel odd like some others which have cheap ingredients. My only one complaint is that no matter how long you let the product sit in the water some of the powder doesn't dissolve and gets stuck to the inside of the bottle no matter how hard you shake it, so you are losing out on some of the ingredients, so my suggestion to the makers would be to find out what isn't dissolving and find a better supplier for that ingredient so you can find one that makes an ingredient that dissolves easier.

Great tasting! I have a tendency of passing out in heat but these give me everything I need to keep going without the heat exhaustion.My whole family loves them and kids ask for them.

I have low potassium, and this product helps keep me on track. The packets are easy to carry around. Taste is pretty good. I wish it didn't take so much water to get the entire packet dissolved, but that probably means there are a lot of electrolytes in the product. I also tried the lemonade - another great flavor that also needs a good amount of water, but water's good for you :)

I like this product. Helped me get through chemo and radiation. This last time, I ordered my favorite raspberry flavor, as usual. However, I was shipped the lemonade flavor without notice. Good thing it is mild and I like it.
