I purchased the orange car for my 9 year old grandson for Christmas. He worked on it and got stuck. We contacted support and they were extremely helpful. We finally discovered that we had used a piece that was the wrong length. By the time Michael helped us to that point, he offered to send us a red car also. My grandson is now ecstatic with his two super responsive cars. He is talking about getting a third to race with his sisters. Thank you to Michael and Wiseplay for a toy which is challenging and fun!!

The materials are standard, easy connect, instruction is very clear to follow and the important part is all the parts are there, not like Lego that missing every box.The quality of the connection between each piece is great, lot of fun, plus RC?Recommend for everyone, worth every penny.

This was the perfect gift for our 9yr old's birthday. She LOVED it! It was challenging, but she was able to do most of the assembly herself.On top of that, when I contacted the company after she lost a piece, they quickly requested our address to send us a replacement. I expected an envelope with a single piece. What she received was an entire new set! We were shocked. Definitely one of the best experiences we have had in a long time.

This toy is more than a toy, it is s thinking toy that sparks creativity. It has easy to understand instructions depicted in well-done illustrations. We are still in the build stage and hope that it will be years of remote control car fun.

Bought this as a gift for my grandson. It was a great size for a 10 year old. It comes with rechargeable batteries which was a plus and seems very durable. Was quite impressed with the quality and ease to build it and then play with it, He absolutely loves it.
