Perfect! I love the rolling pin. I have been baking more since I bought this item. Although, I wish the silicone mat is bigger.

Overall, I'm quite pleased with this rolling pin and pastry mat set. The rolling pin is exceptional, providing smooth, even results every time. As for the pastry mat, while it boasts anti-slip features, I've noticed that some parts occasionally don't fit perfectly on certain surfaces despite trying different options. However, this minor inconvenience aside, both tools perform admirably and have become indispensable in my kitchen.

Easy to clean

I have to make GF pastry which is crumbly and hard to handle.If rolled on the lightly floured mat with cling on the top works a treat.Rolling pin rolls nice and even and it helps you can chill the pin too

Bellissimo e pratico matterello in acciaio con manici rotanti che permettono un lavoro omogeneo e senza sforzi , molto robusto e bello da vedere e facile da usare, inoltre nella sua confezione c’è un fantastico tappetino per impastare e fare pizze rotonde di diverse dimensioni grazie ai disegni impressi su di esso, tutto perfetto consiglio l’acquisto anche ai pro.

Me decanté luego de ver varios rodillos por este. Unos amigos chef me recomendaron irme por uno de materiales metálicos por la durabilidad y también por la anti adherencia que poseen. Pille este con un descuento y luego de leer sus opiniones lo compré. A primera vista es un rodillo con un tamaño ideal, no es precisamente uno excesivamente largo o que el rodillo fuese muy grande y tampoco es un rodillo pesado, al contrario, es muy ligero, lo cual se agradece bastante, aunque hay momentos donde se pudiese sentir hasta hueco. El sistema de rodamiento que tiene funciona muy bien, es bastante cómodo y en vista de los materiales no he tenido experiencias de que las masas y mezclas se peguen mucho, solo lo normal, pero nada que no se pueda despegar con bastante facilidad. El tapete que trae me parece fantástico, al principio al tocarlo sentí que tenía como grasa o algo pegajoso, pero luego entendí que de acuerdo a su construcción así es que permite que las cosas no se adhieran. Esta bastante bien para tener una guía de tamaños y conversiones de temperaturas y pesos a la mano. Es bastante amplio, salvo que trabajes con una masa gigante, no debería tener problema en trabajar sobre él y así no ensuciar tanto en casa. En puntos para mejorar, me hubiese gustado que el rodillo hubiese traído guías de grosor como los ofrecen otros y que el tapete tuviese algún tipo de cinta o asegurador para cuando se enrolle se guarde con facilidad. Pero a ver, nada que no se solucione. En conclusión, me parece una muy buena compra para tenerlo en casa. Por el precio y por lo que ofrece me parece bastante buen producto.

Bakat med kaveln. Den är helt okej. Men tycker inte om plastdetaljerna då befarar de inte kommer hålla. Den känns även väldigt lätt. Jag gillar lite tyngdkänsla i en kavel. Men kanske bara ovana. Det är min första rostfria kavel. Användning får visa om den håller. Fungerade bra att kavla med. Degen fastnade inte. Och går att diska Till det priset och med bakmattan ett bra köp. Bakmattan är bra och ligger still mot bänken. Väldigt lätt lossa kavlad deg. Lossa utstansade kakor gick som en dans.
