Great quality! Works well and absorbed well, add a vitamin C tablet to your routine also
I have been ordering this for my 81 year old Mom who was low on iron. She's been using this along with a chewable vitamin C tablet for faster absorption. I like that this is 3rd party tested.My husband and I also just started adding this to our supplements, again with an added Vitamin C tablet and our blood work is showing our levels improving. I'd recommend this!

Good for sensitive tummies
Great product, affordable, and it doesn't irritate my stomach like other iron so I am able to take it 2 hours after eating! Helped with my iron deficiency.
