We have a variety of pre-existing styles of sprinkler head systems in our yard; but this style of sprayer by Hunter makes a lot of sense in providing a more uniform coverage of watering to all parts of the yard. I've replaced the majority of heads over time in our yard (usually with the same like-in-kind as was installed by our contractor when building our home); but wanted to add two new ones to cover corners of the yard that would typically suffer during the hot dry summers from lack of coverage in those hard to reach spots. I had a local quality firm add these two new ones to the previous system in place since we built in 1993; and while the others continue to do a great job - I am really impressed with the ability of these new ones to do so much more. Now I'm looking at ways to upgrade the existing system over time with the improved Hunter style sprinkler irrigation heads when ever possible. I wanted to have one on hand so that if an existing head gets damaged or breaks over time, I can quickly replace the broken one with this improved head system without having to delay and expense associated with calling the expert, waiting for service schedule to clear, and then pay the exhortation cost for the service person to perform a simple 10-minute switch. Definitely sold on this style of head and its overall approach by Hunter, that is well addressed in their videos that both help to promote and to assist in installation of their systems. I'm sold.
