HP Smart Tank 675 All-in-One Auto Duplex WiFi Integrated Ink Tank Colour Printer, Scanner, Copier- High Capacity Tank with Automatic Ink Sensor, Gray

WiFi printers are such a boon.. this one is simple to use. original inks are easily available directly from HP .Have been using it almost daily. Print quality is excellent.

1) As an IT person, I use an HP laptop that is less than a year old and ensure it remains updated with the latest patches.2) Following the setup instructions, the printer initially prompts for a Bluetooth connection to the laptop, which I successfully established.3) Subsequently, I encountered difficulties connecting the printer to Wi-Fi, requiring multiple attempts.4) Upon the printer's request, I updated its firmware, which was performed automatically but resulted in printer functionality issues.5) After a two-hour struggle, involving multiple printer restarts, I managed to establish a stable connection.6) Whenever I power on the printer, it consistently shows as offline under printer and devices, necessitating repairs using the HP Smart app toolbox.7) Despite several attempts, I eventually achieved some success with printing and scanning tasks.8) Unfortunately, the printer repeatedly went offline.9) Ultimately, I decided to return the printer and have resolved not to purchase HP printers in the future.Regarding the application:a) The application operates at a frustratingly slow pace, displaying a busy screen with every click, leading to wasted time and reduced productivity.b) The scan application exhibits issues with cropping and lacks user-friendliness, which can be attributed to its bad design.

I have been using HP printers for quiet sometime and feel that it is underrated many times. It is one of the best printers I have used so far. It uses the Ink tank technology with the ink jet print head. For the price they could also have included the ADF but other than that I don't think there is any issues so far

I have used this printer for 3–4 months. But suddenly, the printer head gets jammed. I called the HP support center, and they sent one private agency (Skylark Services) to check the printer issue. After they cheated, they said the printer head and PCB had been damaged. There is no obvious damage to the printer. They said these two parts are not covered in the HP warranty; they sent me one private company quotation rounding up 6,000 RS. This worst-case product in Liify I purchased, and I am now never purchasing a HP printer again.

The product is malfunctioning printer & ink is leaked inside. Tried checking Warranty support on Amazon order section but its not available. Never buy such expensive products online better. After sales service is too weak
