Sharp, comfortable but chips easily
As the preview says, these knives are very sharp, cuts very very well, are very comfortable to use and balanced but I wouldn't use the dishwasher to wash them as the coating seems to chip or scrape off easily. Avoid "stacking" them with other utensils and dishes in the sink as well while waiting to hand wash them. The good news is, they do have a lifetime warranty so, if you do mistakenly damage the coating I imagine it's just a matter of sending that particular knife back for replacement, which I haven't done yet so I can't rate customer service in that regard.

Knife Set
I love this knive set. It's works well with our RV. It's slim and takes less space and the knives are sharp and I have all the sizes I need while I'm traveling.
