Exactly as shown and described. The small screws were in a separate small polybag NOT assembled in the case. BE VERY CAREFUL you DON'T discard the packaging until you locate the bag of screws.

Great Product
The best feature was the on/off switch. I used this item on many of my Christmas devolves.

Flimsy wires, but otherwise a great battery holder
The wires that are attached to this battery holder are very flimsy. I'm using this to power a wearable Arduino project with lots of LEDs, so I didn't feel comfortable using the "stock" wires with the amount of power draw. Luckily I was able to disassemble this battery holder, desolder the wires, and solder in my own connector (see pictures). After this mod, it worked great for my needs! Carefully consider the switch position
Seems like a great battery box, with a switch. Carefully considering how the box will be mounted, where the switch is, and how the batteries will be accesses after mounting the box. To me, to be more easily mounted, it feels the switch should be elsewhere.
