Just awesome
I love most things about this product. It is large capacity and only takes around five minutes to get to temperature. It is easily disassembled for cleaning.Ok. There is a bad point. The handle folds forward so the lid can be put on after use. Unfortunately, the handle would then be immersed in the oil.My workaround voids the warranty, so not to be undertaken lightly. I used a hacksaw to cut a piece out of the front of the lid so the basket handle could stay in place with the lid down, whether during or after cooking. Manufacturers take note. Your product has a minor design flaw. I corrected it. Nonetheless, great product.

Not good
All I want is to send this product back it’s not the one I ordered. It has a small dent the metal is very very sharp and I feel as customer your after sales service is absolutely rubbish
