I am so happy I found this supplement. Vitamin D is an extremely important supplement to take and if you do not have the appropriate ratio of K2 (which most people don’t) vitamin D can cause inappropriate calcification. They also added calcium and magnesium so this tell me that Flamingo Supplements did some research into this formula and actually applied the science of how supplements work in your body. Magnesium allows for the proper function of calcium and you can have a magnesium deficiency if you take too much calcium. So if you do choose to take calcium supplements it is extremely important to have the balance of K2/Vitamin D/magnesium. Why didnt someone think to combine this before?A final point is that is hard to get the appropriate amount of K2 in your body, particularly if you are a vegan and lack of K2 is associated with many serious conditions like osteoporosis and diabetes.Again, I am not sure why a product like this took so long to come out on the market but I’m glad that it FINALLY DID!

I was having back pain. I’m also do ballet so who knows whAt happened. I used this supplement, I purchased this for my mom and pain was almost gone! I was using a. Vit D3 chewable But I guess it was crap. My pain was from lacking vit D3 . This and another product I tried and they both were great. This is less money. So I will purchase again. I amazed that 1 pill could make such a difference. I could t get off the ground without holding something crazy! Now fine! 🙌🏼🙏🏽

Started taking this after blood work to help with the calcium haven't had another blood test done since still on my first bottle. But what I don't like is how many broken tablets were in this bottle which someone else wrote in a review. I bought two bottles, so don't think I will order from this brand again when the time comes for that reason. I've taken supplements for years and have never ran into this.
