Very nice
Lovely kettle. Points to consider, the lid is very stiff to remove and it is quite noisy when boiling

Started leaking
Started well - lots of compliments about look. Looked old quickly- furred up. Started leaking so throw out. Not very quiet either.

Constant need to descale
Item arrived on time but only in it's manufacture box, which was damaged. Item seemed OK.Beautiful look and value for money when compared to a top brand kettle that I will buy when I save up.The major issue with the item is that I CONSTANTLY have to descale it. Never in all my adult life have I had to descale any kitchen equipment so often.Ideally I would like a refund on this item but the return window has already gone, which is a shame

disappointing
Item arrived not working in an open, torn and crushed box that was taped together at the top only. As a result kettle arrived damaged, marked and not working.
