I was trying to use this for a quick demi glace ala Adam Ragusea and on paper it met the requisites- low sodium and good chicken flavorBut I found the color and texture to not be what I was looking for when it was reduced. It was very pale and opaque, almost milky as if there was a lot of fat emulsified into the stock instead of the rich deep brown that is almost translucent that I get from reducing pacific

For some reason my body hates Yeast Extract even in GF products. This is the only certified GF broth out there. Literally the only one. So very pleased because it’s good and I can have it.

This is the only chicken broth other than homemade that I'll use.
