No, it doesn't. no need to talk, it turns on whenever I need without thinking about it.

Can this sent notification to me if sensor has been activated? Or detected a motion?

Yes it can send a notification on your Phone via Mi Home app. But you need to setup a "Bluetooth Gateway" which i still have not figured how to do
