This mattress is Medium Firm, but fell like firm and after opening the mattress from the box with in a day mattress smell is gone and the mattress was better than I expected. As this mattress is over 80+ LBS without any squeaky noise when sat or lay on this mattress with best value for money. Customer service is very attentive to resolve my doubts / clarifications on the product (between Medium / Firm mattress feel).

Needed a comfortable bed for a good night rest

Ok. This is plain and simple. I’m redoing my bedroom and did not have a lot of money for a new bed but wanted something that was nice. The reviews for this were very good. I took a chance and ordered it. It came vacuum packed and I let it air out for a day or two and it’s a lovely and comfortable bed. Completely Worth the money.

Got this for my teenage granddaughter. She says it is too hard.UPDATE: I was contacted by the company and offered a softer mattress or refund to buy a mattress topper, which I did. Good customer service.

The matress was better than i expected, it wasnt too hot or too cold. The smell was hardly noticeable after a day or two. The pillowtop provided the right amount of cushion for me. Most importantly it is QUIET! no noise whatsoever when i sit or lay down, The price is amazing for what you get! Awesome for people that are side sleepers (like me) Good product and would recommend it with no reserve.
