25mm Slat Cutter For Venetian Blinds

Hands down the best tool for fitting blinds. Well made and so easy to use. Leaves a nice neat cut, easy to adjust and cuts very accurately. I used it to cut four 2m drop blinds, so plenty of slats to trim and it's still sharp. For the price it's well worth getting and will save you a lot of time.

Had to return the first as it was bent out of shape and wouldn't cut. The replacement was in good condition but still pretty useless as the cutting edges didn't align!

I read some of the negative reviews but thought I’d take a risk for the low cost. I’m so pleased I did. Yes it’s a bit flimsy but not sure what people expect for £8! The measuring arm can slip about a bit but just check every few snips. I held it in my hand and used that way. Worked great. Really pleased overall and allowed me to cut three blinds to width in no time at all, compared to measuring every slat and cutting with scissors. Very pleased!

Great product

Gadget was very easy to use, however when the lever was fully depressed the distance guide was released and allowed the guide to move. I hadn't noticed that the guide had released and subsequently moved, which resulted in the slats being cut shorted than intended. I had to take the blind to bits totally, remove and replace the slats that were too short and reassemble the blind. I replaced the spring assemble with a small nut and bolt so the guide could not move,

Poor quality. Doesn’t align well which makes every cut a challenge as I have to apply pressure in multiple directions and even then not perfect.

This is a MUST for a lovely rounded end on your trimmed blind slats. Yeh, you can use scissors, but you wont get the perfect uniform soft corned shape this gadget provides.

You just need to keep checking the measurement when you are cutting as the end stop can move giving an uneven Finnish Good value
