The seller provides excellent after-sales service. Along with receiving a top quality product.
As soon as I took out the package, and put it in operation right away. the standard preset functions were just fine for me. It is plug-and-play, very simple to use. I attempted to modify the values but it was not a successful attempt. I found the customer service very helpful He told me where the problem was and I was able to follow his easy instructions. Customer service and tech support are as important as the quality of the product itself. They totally stand behind their product. All told, I recommend this seller and their products.

Good scale
Good scale. I use it to weigh feed and animals for 4h. I built a box to sit on it to weigh pigs. Sheep will just stand on it. I was little confusing when the indicator didn’t come the same time as the main scale. Amazon showed it as delivered but it came three days later.

Works for Cattle and all other livestock
We are able to weigh cattle; sheep and hogs on it! It works well and was easy to setup! Well worth the money!

It works phenomenal and you definitely won’t find anything better for this price.

Poor customer service
Bought scales from this company. After a few months they began to weigh erratically. Attempted to contact the company. Never a response.

Great product
Very easy to set up and operate. Very sturdy, quality construction. Metal is a bit slippery for cattle, but we modified with a non-slip mat.
