10/10 album, cd could have been better
I have loved this album for a while now, and just got a cd player so I instantly went to buy this. The cd case came cracked, and was really nothing special design wise anyway. On my cd player, the transitions between songs didn't work but that is just because it's a cheap player. I'll save for a better one, but i'm glad i have my favourite album on cd.

Very Good
This is another very good retro-influenced album from The Weeknd, which feels very cohesive. His vocals are, as usual, great. Most of the musical tracks are stellar. Take My Breath is my favourite, and I always enjoy the anticipatory build-up from the bouncy Gasoline (my second favourite), on to How Do I Make You Love Me?, and then Take My Breath. Sacrifice, another really good track, naturally flows thereafter. Here We Go... Again is, for me, a weak track, although The Weeknd's voice remains enjoyable. It sort of stalls the proceedings, which were just getting picked up again by Out of Time. However, the brilliant Best Friends lifts things right back up, followed by the enjoyable Is There Someone Else? and Starry Eyes. Don't Break My Heart is another highlight, in the vein of Gasoline.I Heard You're Married, the other track on the album with a feature (which lets the song down), is another weaker track and is a bit oddly placed on the album. Less Than Zero is in the same vein.I find the spoken interludes, Dawn FM, A Tale By Quincy, Every Angel is Terrifying and Phantom Regret by Jim to be a bit jarring, and they take away from my enjoyment of the album.

Great Album and Great Sound
The Weeknd is my favourite artist of this generation. I have been following him for a while, I first came across him again when I listened to Starboy which is a classic song. His vocals are amazing. Then when I heard that he is going to release DawnFM I was waiting in anticipation for this release. When it was released it is such a timeless album, I was blown away by it. This album is supposed to replicate the 80's style of music this was the era of synthwave and it replicated it perfectly. I don't know how, he just managed to mix the retro 80's feel with the modern touch without changing his soundHe kept is style and managed to get in some very famous people. It plays how it would if you were listening to radio immersing yourself in such a natural portrayal. the in between talks, the annunciation of the radio station it all felt natural. I love listening to this album while driving in the night it almost feels surreal and comfortable.I will remain as a fan for the years to come, the style, the storytelling, and the gentle but strong sounds is the best balance. now he has moved to Dolby Atmos making the songs sound so much better, I can hear everything around me, the vocals are clear as well. This album is a must have if you are a Weeknd fan like me. I hope The Weeknd continues to make great music for future generations.

The Weeknd is a sensation!
I love this guy!Every album is just a new flavour of musical bliss. I absolutely love his songs and this album is no different. The running theme of you're listening to a radio station is so seemless you don't even realise when it's gone onto the next song, the transitions are so smooth. Each song is its own vibe and style from super chill blues to upbeat funk. Perfection. The Weeknd is amazing.Just love this! Love, love, love it!
