Q: i am a reseller will this work to wrap instead of plastic bubble wrap

it's going to depend on what you are wrapping. was great for plates glassware without sharp edges...certainly something not super breakable. really liked it

Q: Could you wrap a tv with this for moving?

For a TV I would recommend ESD (Electrostatic Sensitive Device) bubble wrap or foam wrap, both would be pink in color and avoid static buildup and discharge. This paper is good, and I'm sure it can provide some protection if it wraps around a TV a few times, but electronics need to be protected beyond impact protection.

Q: Will they work with jewelry or ceramics packing ?

Yes, this packing paper can be used to pack jewelry, ceramics and fragile products. The honeycomb structure design can enhance the cushioning. You can tear off the packaging paper directly according to the length you need without using scissors or other tools.

Q: How thick is the paper before being stretched?

It's the normal thickness of kraft paper before being stretched. It's better to use this material stretched vs un-stretched.
