Review: Great for travel - This was perfect! Easy to use and had more than enough slots for all the devices that I needed to charge. I hope it will last. Design was great and the travel pouch made it easy to carry and pull out of my carry on bag for quick use at the various oversees airports I was at during my trip.
Review: Great power converter and USB charger for travel and cruising! - I used this voltage power converter on a 4 week trip to Europe. I used it in Iceland, Denmark and Germany. It worked great for all of our 110v US electronics. It powered up a curling iron in the outlet port and at the same time, it also charged 2 mobile phones, an ipad, and a power brick via the USB ports. It charged everything quickly and we didn't have to worry about devices overcharging or things overheating. The red/green light indicator is great so you know whether your device is charging or powering up correctly. I've also used this on a cruise ship. It's great because all cruise lines forbid surge protectors on board. Most power strips these days have built in surge protectors whether you want it or not. We were able to use this converter as a big power strip on the ship! The best part is that most cruise ship cabins have 2 US 110v outlets and 2 European 220v outlets. We were able to plug this into the European outlet which gave us more US 110v outlets for all our devices. YAY! There is a small fan inside the converter that runs when it's in use. It was so quiet that it just faded into the background like white noise. If nothing is being charged, you simple unplug the converter or turn the power switch to the off position. The entire unit comes in a small mesh bag to keep the unit, plugs, and power cord organized. It found it a bit heavy to lug around in a carry on bag for a day of airline travel, so I put it in my checked bag. UPDATE: 5 years after purchase and 2 years of not being used due to the pandemic, this device stopped working properly. The fan started making a high pitched sound that was so loud you couldn’t carry on a conversation.

**Q: Will this work with a cpap machine?**
A: Check the power brick on your machine: Most CPAP machines use a Switching Power Supply that can take 240V 50Hz natively with just a plug adapter. The rating should be on the power supply.

**Q: WIll this work for basic charging of cameras, phones & ipad in Kenya & Tanzania?**
A: Thank you for your interest. Power converter works to charge cameras, phones and other 5V (volts) USB devices. Kenya used Type G adapter (our adapter is included in the package), Tanzania used Type D / G adapter (that is also included in the package). For the most part, there are two types of electrical sockets (outlets) used in the United Republic of Tanzania: the "Type G " British BS-1363 and the "Type D" Indian  (3 pins - old British BS-546 5 amp "small") sockets. European adapter (2 pins) may be compatible with Type D adapter (3 pins). The answer is "Yes", it works for Kenya & Tanzania.

**Q: Will this work in Romania and Austria?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Australia mainly used Type I adapter which the package has included a Type I. Romania used Type C / F. Type C is included with the power cord but Type F is not included in the package, but you may purchase it separately. Or you can buy the newest version with Type F socket included from the link below. **Q: My dell xps 13 has a 45W adapter. Would this work with that in India?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Please check the specification on your power adapter to see it can support dual voltage (110V - 240V, it will be labeled on the power adapter). If it can support dual voltage, you do not need this power converter. India mainly used Type C / D / M. Type C is included with power cord (2 pins). Type D is 3 pins but 2 pins type C is compatible with 3 pins type D adapter so it can be also used in India. Type M is also 3 pins but the pins are a bit larger than Type D. Please verify which part of India you are visiting to confirm the types of adapter. I used this voltage power converter on a 4 week trip to Europe. I used it in Iceland, Denmark and Germany. It worked great for all of our 110v US electronics.
