The best magnetic frag rack on the market: strong, sleek, and versatile
These are amazing frag racks. I have owned several types of frag racks over the years in different salt water tanks of different sizes. These are hands down the best.First, they're compact and allow light through. Many other frag racks are huge and bulky and block all light under them. That's inconvenient with some frag rack placement. Second, these are the best magnets on all the brands I've tried. I have 1/2" glass, and this holds with no trouble. Third, these look great. Acrylic and other materials that are clear or light in coloration show algae and other build up. As regular egg-crate-like material, this has less surface area to accumulate grime and is black, hiding any that is there. Finally, although these are pretty compact, they hold frags in a variety of configurations. I attached a picture to give a sense of scale.Lastly, to the reviewer who said it can scratch glass, of course it can. It's two strong magnets with glass/acrylic in between. If you get something in-between them or there's dust or whatever on them when you put them in the tank, it can scratch it like any frag rack could. Just be careful nothing gets between them (don't use it down by the sand, for example), and don't put it on the front of your tank so that if it does scratch, it's not the display side. That's not a product flaw. That's user error. All around, there's no beating these racks. They're the best I've used. I bought one and immediately bought two more to replace the other two I have.

Other than Reefing Art, these are my favorite frag racks. The magnets are really strong and it fits a bunch of stuff

The eshopps one of the other hand only takes their proprietary plugs that are super thin. I ended up drilling the holes bigger ...
When I first bought this frag rack I wondered why it was so expensive. I ended up buying this one and an eshopps one that atleast in photos looked far nicer. When I compared the two, I realized why you pay more for this one. It works. Perfectly. The eshopps one of the other hand only takes their proprietary plugs that are super thin. I ended up drilling the holes bigger to accomodate my standard sized plugs only to discover that the magnets on the eshopss are so weak that in a high flow SPS tank you're corals have a high chance of falling to the ground when the magnets dont hold and drop the whole thing to the floor. Now Im here to buy a second one. Anyone wanna buy an eshopps frag rack? ;)

4 for 4
I have owned 4 of these over these over the past couple of years. Every single one of the internal magnets has rusted. It is worth noting that I am a very diligent and clean reefer. I keep my equipment clean and inspected. If they had not rusted, I would give this product a 5 out of 5. For the price, it's a great value.

Really nice frag rack. Strong magnets.
I have had this rack for a number of months. It's big enough to put new frags in while deciding where they are going to go and small enough that it doesn't block light. Magnets are strong. I have used it on the front of my Red Sea Reefer 250 with 1/2" glass. The only negative is that the squares closest to the magnet don't quite fit a frag plug. Not a big deal, but can be slightly limiting if you are trying to house a bunch of frags that you want to keep apart.
