We live in Brooklyn aka a place where lots of people and their pets walk on the sidewalks. So when you get home, it’s a good idea to take off your shoes. That’s a big reason I purchased this piece. The shelves can hold about 9-10 pairs of shoes. Additionally, we needed a place to quickly hang coats, tote bags and umbrellas. So I’m a big fan of purchasing hybrid furniture ie a shelf with a built in coat rack. Plus living spaces are smaller in cities, so hybrid furniture - like this piece - make for a great space saver.4-stars because I wish the coat rack pole could be attached to any corner of the shelf: Since it’s only able to be attached in one specific corner, you’ll have to rotate the piece so there’s enough space for hanging multiple coats etc. Lastly, I wish it was available in an all-white colorway, but that’s just a personal preference. Other than that I’m happy with my purchase.

Screw hole alignment poor. top table section had the screw holes upside down, the joints are weak where they have flat surface joining a round surface leaving a gap that will eventually come apart. its a quick easy short term solution but would be better priced at a much lower point.

T hi is was a little hard to put together sue to the fact one of the shelves were slightly bent not enough to send back to send back and now together cant even tell. I currently have it full loaded with coats and it's a perfect spot for shoes and dog stuff.

This is a very decent piece for a small space. They were very kind and prompt with a return and issue and honestly I dig this little thing; it does exactly what I need it to. The only reason it has four instead of five starts is there is only one weld per joint, there really should be two; one on each side would create a far sturdier piece less likely to snap like the first one did. Else it's awesome and the customer service is outstanding.

This is what I was looking for and seems to be sturdy. I am getting tired of paying more than I think the product is worth especially when I have to put it together.
