To me this tastes like a liquid flinstone vitamin. It's not bad, and I kind of liked it. My husband wasn't a fan of the flavor. Taking 2 TBS daily makes this a 15 days supply. My husband decided to share with me so we had about a week supply together. That wasn't enough time to notice any effectiveness. It's very expensive for the amount you receive.

The taste is good the energy everything was good but for some reason it started breaking me out. I was taking 2 teaspoons. Maybe I should have mixed it with a drink or something, but I noticed that it start breaking my face out so I did stop taking it but again I might start back taking it and see if it works right mixing it with a drink
