I make an alginate slurry that I take each night before bed. This and calcium carbonate (think Tums) seem to work well.

Bought it to fight heart burn. Works great. For those who doesn’t know, here is the recipe: crush 8 tums, add a teaspoon of soda, two teaspoons of this powder, about 10 ounces of water. Mix with hand mixer. Take two teaspoons after the meal.

Used for spherification of fruit juice with calcium lactate to make popping boba. If the flavour of the juice is not strong you can taste the chemicals.I did not pre-read the directions so my stuff did not have the 4 hour or overnight resting period, but it still worked. I would recommend rinsing the boba with water before dropping in final solution for best flavour.That being said it worked well and was easy enough process. I would recommend a turkey baster type syringe to mKe the spheres.
