This knit beanie is combines plenty of stretch with a snug. Fit (22.05inch ~23.6inch) head circumference.

Is the little brown tab real leather?

I am not sure if it us leather. The tag inside says 100% polyester. If it isn't it sure looks like leather, but does not smell like leather. Hope that helps. I think it is faux leather.
