First wheat grass powder I’ve tried was from Costco I don’t remember the name of the brand ,but I Remeber it came in a pack of two. I super excited to try it because of all the benefits it had to offer. I tried it and it was only a shot, it was disgusting, very strong in flavor. Didn’t like it at all had me gagging . After that I didn’t want to try anymore wheatgrass powders. This was 4 years ago. Then around December 2018 noticed keí elements because a girl on Instagram don’t recall her name would post them constantly and she was on a weight lost journey. I noticed she was losing weight. And that sold me to give this brand wheatgrass and try. So I ordered the product. First time I tried kei elements instructions said to drink a cup not a shot so I was a little nervous. I prepared my drink and drank it all at once no break. I was surprised I didn’t feel like gagging after. The taste was good. After taking this product I noticed a boost of energy witch was amazing because I need energy. Sadly I stoped drinking wheatgrass because I started to make celery juice and I didn’t how to incorporate wheatgrass in my routine. But that’s going to change thanks to kei elements recommendation to still drink celery juice. make a smoothie after and add wheatgrass and drink it every other day. If anyone is reading this review try kei elements wheatgrass you won’t regret it!

This is a great product and helps you maintain a healthy life style. I usually consume this first thing in the morning and mix it with whatever juice i have.
