Haven't noticed a difference as I'm only halfway thru the container. They taste good, aren't super sweet like some chewys or gummies. Biotin always caused breakouts for me, so this dosage is perfect as I haven't had as many pimples show up since taking it. Maybe one here and there. But not a lot like with others. If youre prone to breakouts with biotin I would suggest this one instead. The only downside is they aren't easy to chew, kinda hard like the now and later candy. So I'll suggest placing them in a warm area first before consuming.

UPDATE: Just wanted to update my review to say that my hairdresser commented that she thought my hair had grown longer than usual -- and my nails are definitely stronger and healthier. I will keep buying this!I have used these for about a month and a half. I have used collagen powders and bottled vitamins and have never seen any real improvement other than in my nails for a time. I have fine hair and it doesn't grow very fast. I feel like my hair looks a bit fuller and has grown faster than normal, but I'm not sure if that is what I want to see (i.e., the placebo effect)...? I will say that my nails seem to be stronger. I plan to use this for another month or 2 to see if I can see any definitive changes. The price is fair and they are delicious!

Ive taken soooo many and have tried so many biotin pills, gummies, tablets, oils. Let me tell you these are sooooo good in taste and my hair has been growing! When I tell you ive tried EVERYTHING, im almost done and im defffff going to buy another one. My hair has been stronger, less fallout, has grown in length and my frontal hairs have grown out and I thought they would never grow back. Its a process , be patient but honeslty this is the quickest ive seen results. Even my friends noticed my hair has been growing. Get them, you wont regret it! Im excited to keep going with these. <3

Listen, I am a d!e Hard for this product, I absolutely love it. It has helped my hair and my skin tremendously. You can absolutely see the difference. They also taste good! But I will never buy it from Amazon. Amazon I bought it once because honestly it cost less than going to sprouts, It did not have the seal under the lid, And it was not the lid that actually comes with this product. I got a refund and threw away what I received from Amazon. I take safety in edible items extremely seriously, So I don’t know how well these work from Amazon. But the product itself and the brand itself is absolutely amazing and I support it 1000% and encourage you to buy it from a brick and mortar store or from chewsy directly.
