Giving it away as a gift. Tested it out first to see if it really works. The mug starts out all black and when hot water was added to it, the picture slowly shows up on the mug. Works really well and the mug looks great.

Love the mugs! So cute! Using while we watch “Christmas Vacation!” Need to be hand washed. Nice surprise for my family!They have the same Thomas Kincade print in a 300 piece puzzle!

Not dishwasher safe, but it's a pretty cool cup. My kids love it.

1 mug, not set of 2, graphic covers only 90%.
LOVE the movie, love the cup mostly for that reason alone.Plain white nothingness at handle. Graphic noticeable when cool/cold, making cup appear brownish.My mistake, thought I was ordering SET OF 2, as photo shows 2 cups. Would not have ordered 1 at near $20.Changes color, holds liquid, graphic clear, does what it was made to do.

No picture change
This item did not work. I used the hottest water possible to change the picture, and nothing happened. I even used cold water (out of curiosity), and still nothing. Very disappointing. Returned.

Did not really work
If you add boiling hot liquid, in 5 minutes you kind of see this very hard to really see never-mind non enjoyable shadow of an image! Not what is tooted to be!
