Are the spokes made of sturdy metal?

the ribs of the umbrella are made of a very flexible metal. the composition of it I am not sure, but it doesn't rust or leave a mark on my finger if i rub my finger on it. if is plastic, it's an excellent product.

What’s the UPF rating of this umbrella?

Well, it’s an excellent uv umbrella. I don’t exactly know the rating it has but it works well in the sun.

i liked it.

Huge! And heavy!

I retuned it because it was so big!I got the 62 inch umbrella since it said it fits 2 people because I’m a bigger size and take some space, but I don’t think that this umbrella is meant to be used as a “hold as you walk” umbrella.Maybe good to attach to a golf cart or something like that, but definitely not for daily outings.And it did have a bad smell that needs to be aired out.
