Not sure if I can return it. We still have to buy water because it taste sour. But when tested, it shows very low partials in water. So happy with this. But just the taste can’t be right.

This product has Saved Me So much time!We had bought a counter top Aqua Tru RO filter which worked great but only filtered half gallon at a time. I would spend morning and evening daily filtering enough drinking water for our family. So we decided to buy and install a under counter style to have the RO water at our finger tips.When we received this, one tiny important part was broken so we couldn't install. I contacted the company and they immediately shipped out a new replacement part that arrived a few days later. Their customer service was top notch.It was very easy to install by watching the video. The written instructions were slightly in a different order than the video. The video was more helpful.The only thing we had to do was drill a 1/2 in. hole for the faucet which our stainless steel sink didn't not have.Now we have RO water at our finger tips!!And it taste AS GREAT as the previous RO filters water did!!Its been a great investment. Worth every penny!! The water tastes just as great as the aqua tru water did. And way less work.(The Aqua tru counter top style we had cost us 450.00, so this was way less.)When you use the water you will hear a slight hissing sound which signals the tank is re filling as your depleting the tank.It does take up a bit if space under your sink (picture) but its worth it, in my opinion. The counter top style took up valuable counter space, so this was a happy trade for me.I simply moved some cleaning products to another area from under the sink.I highly recommend this filter!!

I love this filter so much that I wanted to buy another one to give to my sister that just had her first baby and she is been expending so much on bottles worried about the quality of the water for her newborn baby. I was upset seeing her struggling so I got this other version for her. It was so easy to install following the instructions and the water taste so good and clean. The pressure tank makes the water flow so fast in seconds! that's actually better than the one I already have. Just to know that the filter balances the PH to alkaline level and also adds back essential minerals is fantastic. Hundred percent recommended!!! ohhhh and if you have any concerns you can contact Frizzlife they offer you excellent customer service.

Worked great, love the form factor and high output. Though after 8 months it isn't working quite right, continually discharging through the waste hose. Hoping the company will respond soon to my email for support.

I've had an ispring 7 stage system for about 8 or 9 years now. That ispring unit is huge - too big for many undersink areas - and filter changes suck. Really messy, time consuming, and annoying with all the hose changes. BUT the water is seriously awesome. No joke, awesome.But the system won't fill a glass from my fridge in under 36 seconds. That's 4/5 full. Between the annoying filters and slow fill time, along with the desire to have at least some undersink storage again, I decided to replace the system.I wanted to buy a system for my parents, so I bought two of these ROK3A units thinking it would work with the fridge dispensers, take up less space, and have easy filter changes. 2 of three are correct as the fridge fill is now 52 seconds for the same amount of water, even though the sink fill is 2 seconds faster than the ispring. Strange. Not okay though - it's not actually usable with the fridge.They shorted me multiple blue clips also which would have prevented installation if not for being able to rob them from my old system.Lastly - the water tastes very stale compared to the ispring. This unit isn't even as good as any bottled water I've had. It's just not good - tastes like tap water honestly. It's flat and kinda blah.Overall I'm super disappointed - I thought I was stepping up but instead it's a step back in the wrong direction if the water isn't good and the fridge dispenser won't work.I'll try it for several more days before returning just to make sure nothing magically fixes itself... but I'll be going back to my old system afterwards more than likely.

We had a plumber come out to install it and it didn’t take him long maybe 45 minutes. The hold tank is pretty large so it’s nice to not have to wait for more water to come in/be filtered. The taste was great for awhile. We are right at 6 months and now the taste is off so we are going to try to change out 2 of the filters and see if that corrects the issue. Overall we have been satisfied with the product and as long as the filter change works we are very pleased overall with price and quality.
