I tend to get a blocked ear once a year, maybe twice. In the past I've used Earex or Otex and it clears within a couple of days. But after 2 weeks of no hearing in one of my ears, tried Earex, tried Otex, no change. I was starting to get concerned if it might be more than just a build up of ear wax and maybe even permanent hearing loss.After searching and looking at reviews, I decided to try the 60ml Medi Grade Ear Wax Removal Syringe Kit. I used some white vinegar mixed with warm distilled water, a 50/50 mix. The first syringe full brought out a lot of mostly smaller bits of ear wax, so I filled it a 2nd time and less came out, but still more than I expected. I dried my ear and realised I could actually hear again!!I can only assume that the negative comments are from people that either aren't following the instructions, or maybe have a situation that needs more specialist attention.The instructions state to use ear drops for 2 weeks before using the Medi Grade syringe, to soften the ear wax. You can't just use the Medi Grade syringe and expect it to clear ear wax straight away. Tilt the head 45° downwards in the direction of the ear you are irrigating, so that the wax can be expelled properly. Also, don't use tap water, unless you want to risk getting an ear infection.

Was deaf in left ear. Used this ear syringe while having a shower after leaving olive oil in ear to soften wax & exceeded expectations, can now hear again.Easy to use

IT ARRIVED ON TIME BUT DID NOTHING FOR ME TO BE HONEST MAYBE JUST NO WAX BUILD UP...I PUT TOO MUCH WATER DOWN THINK AND MY EARS WERE BLOCKED FOR 2 DAYS IT WAS NOT A GOOD FEELING. I THOUGHT U SQUIRT THE WATER DOWN THEN DRAW THE WATER ,OUT AND WAX SURPOSE TO COME OUT IN TUBE,NOT SAYING WOULDNT WORK FOR ANYONE ELSE JUST DIDNT FOR ME.I JUST GOT BAD LOT OF LIKE AIR IN MY EARS.. PRICE OK FOR WHAT WAS ,AND FELT WELL MADE. NEED REALLY MAKE SURE THOSE TOPS ARE FIXED REAALY WELL ON AS WELL...

Wow just wow absolutely amazing worth every penny I've suffered for over a week not earing and after 1 go off this product I can hear all the wax came into the bowl I'm so impressed 😁 highly recommend

I just used this in both ears and immediately had an allergic reaction, my whole face is swollen, especially my eyes, lips and tongue. I am allergic to latex and this does NOT look/smell/feel like it is made of latex but I’m unsure if it actually is latex(because it doesn’t say) or if it was contaminated with something else in the factory that I am allergic to. I barely rinsed it before using it because I assumed it would be clean and hygienic and safe to use. I recommend cleaning it before use even if you aren’t allergic to latex.

Very pleased with the results after only a couple of flushes. I can now hear clearly again. I can highly recommend this product.
