I wish I had the carb cleaner from 1975, but this is a good and eco-friendlier substitute.
Great product. I used it with an ultrasonic cleaner that I bought at the same time. I did a pre-cleaning of the parts to remove the grime and loosely bonded junk. When I placed the parts (automobile throttle bodies) into the ultrasonic bath with a 5:1 water/product mix, the stubborn material started to separate and form a visible stream in the solution. This product is water soluble, easy to use, and is safe for my garage drains.

The seam in the bottom of the bottle was defective: The whole gallon leaked out onto the shelf. It's sad that at 45.00/gallon they use use poor quality containers.
