in the video it says that you have to splice the wires into the turn signal but is there instructions on how do that exactly?

If you want to do a hack job and give yourself corroded wires later you'll use a scotch lock (aka wire tap). Another option which I did to my sister's Jeep was made individual harness for the Halo and the turn signals, I don't know your level of ability but if you want to simplify that without hacking the factory harness. Then buy the turnsignal T Harness (factory harness plugs into one side, it plugs into the turnsignal like the factory one did and there will be one remaining side unused), Heat shrink butt connectors, snip off the connector that's not being used and find which wire does parking lights (Halo) and which does the turnsignal. And the extra wire that most likely won't be needed make sure there are bare metal no strands free fold it over it's self put a piece of heat shrink on it and that will remain protected and out of the way. There are many ways to do it.

I plan on wiring the the drls to fuse box. can i wire all four halos to one wire then to fuse box? then ambers to relative turn signal.

My Jeep doesn't have seat heaters, so I used the empty "M9" fuse bank that was meant for the heaters. I bought an "add a fuse" terminal that plugs into the fuse slot like the normal fuse would. There is a small circular hole near this fuse, so I ran the wire down through that hole and out the bottom of the fuse box for a clean install. I ran all 4 halos off of this one fuse. I placed two 10 amp fuses in the add a fuse and have had no issues running the halos this way. This fuse bank also turns off when the ignition is off, and turns on automatically when I start the vehicle. No worries of draining the battery when parked.

My 2017 jk does not have drl. what do the halos do when you do not have drl? so sorry if this question was asked and answered already!

I also have a 2017 jk. I ran the extra wire (per included instructions) to have the DRLs work on both the headlights and fogs. I’m assuming if you don’t hook up the DRL wires, the halos only illuminate when the parking lights are turned on and flash amber when using the turn signals. Also, I only use the fog lights and halo headlights at night. The headlights are so bright, oncoming cars flash their high beams at me. But I love them. The only other issue was when installing the headlights, the tabs on the passenger side light are a bit off. I had to make the notches in the receptacle bigger with a utility knife for a proper fit.
