The candles look exactly like the picture and arrived in perfect condition. I used these candles for a dinner at a restaurant that I arranged. I opened the candles to check them at home and I put batteries in them then placed them back in their original box which had styrofoam. When I took them out at the restaurant it looked like the wax had cracked. Now the dinner was an Italian dinner and I was going for an Old World Mediterranean look. People thought they were real candles. I was disappointed that they now have cracks in them because I had planned to use them this coming Christmas holiday. I supposed they will be ok but I'm concerned about the wax breaking. Only time will tell. As they were $30.00 I was not expecting this. I do like how they look and the remote works fine - it has to be near each candle to work. I have no idea who I could contact about these or if this was just how they are...They were perfect when I opened them.

The candles would not light; thought it was an issue with the remote. The candkes are supposed to come with two AAA batteries loaded inside each candle. My box of 6 candles arrived with every candle empty. I twisted off the bottom of each candle, found them empty. After adding batteries, the remote worked fine! I love these LED candles! I wanted to give 5 stars. They deserve 5.

We hung these in the office and they look so cool

I purchased the set of six in July for Christmas and didn't open the package to use them until the other day. One of the candles doesn't work. So I checked the batteries, and then switched the end caps and learned that it was the end cap that is defective. I have been in communication with the seller, and believe me they are not helpful at all. It was like emailing a BOT. All they wanted was a "yes" to an "are you satisfied" question. They offered a $5 refund and won't send me a replacement candle or even the little end cap that holds the batteries in. I have a large table and need all six candles for my upcoming gathering, so what am I supposed to do, roll up the $5 bill and stick it in the candle? I ended up ordering another set of six, in order to get six working candles. My advice is avoid buying these or test them all as soon as you received them. They look good, but are obviously cheaply made and the seller doesn't care if you get stuck with a lemon. And I never go the refund. By the way, i learned after the purchase that this manufacturer does sell a set of three on other web sites.

Beautiful led candle with lifelike flame

The media could not be loaded. I wanted something that was for winter decoration. I thought birch would do the trick. It does!! As silly as it sounds I couldn’t wait to come home and turn them on and enjoy them. I’ve already bought more!

These candles came all cracked and it happened to my mom too. So obviously it's a problem with the manufacturer.

It took putting batteries into 5 candles to get 3 that worked. I haven't checked the other 5 yet. At first I did not like the white flame tip but when they light up, they are very cool and when you put it to candle setting, there is very slight dimming making they flame look real. The rest of the candle is wax so they do look really nice. Some are crooked at the base where the battery cap screws into the candle so I'm still working on wrapping the bases with saran wrap to get them to sit straight. Overall, these are great so far despite having a couple that do not work.

One of the candles does not work, therefore a little disappointed in this product. They also don't stand straight in the holder, but my husband has rectified this issue.
