It works amazing, Cheaper than buying the little bottles. lasts way longer and is an amazing cleaner. It did spill in transit but not a lot. overall I will be buying again

I use Dawn for many things and, ss ususl, it is great but I was delivered the wrong container that is somehow broken or the "spout" was not closed in a cintainer I did not order. I ordered the simple screw cap and this spout or pump or whatever it is does not work. The container was double wrapped seemingly after leaking all over itself and the plastic soft bag, I do like the soft bags, btw, had a lot of spilled or leaked liquid in it.The googly eyes were in a plastic container then wrapped with plastic and placed in the same bag but the plastic wrap held snd they are ok.I cleaned up the spill and will keep the Dawn and will use the jug from the previous order.I have been with Amazon and usually do not have problems, fortunately, this was a simple fix and easily rectified. (If I had wanted a pump or spout I'd have ordered one) Whomever delivered was very careless the bag had dawn liquid all over the outside).
