**Q: Can these be worn during chemotherapy to help with neuropathy?**
A: I personally don't know anyone who has, but I would say it is worth a try. That is my motto with my chronic conditions. I am willing to try anything. This particular company was recommended to me by a nurse practitioner, and I liked the first thing I bought enough to buy 3 more if that helps. I have two of their head caps, I have the wrist pack, and the tooth/jaw pack.

A: I am an average sized female and I got the small/medium size. It fits me a little loose but not so loose tha it isn't effective. If you are a man, go with the larger size.

I'm constantly messing up my wrists snowboarding and this stays cool long enough for the pain to numb, bonus is I can play video games with it on and not experience any discomfort. Also not hard to fall asleep with it on. Really my only complaint is that it stays cold about 10 minutes before it gets too warm.
