Compumatic CFR-20/20 v2 TOUCHLESS Biometric Face Recognition Time Clock System, WiFi, CompuTime101 Software Included, 0 NO Monthly Fees!!

We did extensive research on the several different brands of facial recognition time clocks. I did not want to pay the annual or monthly operating fees that most of the other brands charged. Our unit has been installed standalone, with only power supply and no Ethernet or WiFi connection. The office secretary simply plugs a USB into the unit when its time to collect time cards and downloads it onto the supplied time card software. I would recommend getting the WiFi unit or taking the extra step to run an Ethernet cable to the unit simply for convenience sake. Other than that we are extremely happy with the product & once we got all the employees (6) registered, we have not had any trouble or complaints with the unit. The included software was easy to set up and has more to offer than we will ever need.

1) I ordered this product on Feb 13, 2017 - just broke - no one in the workforce messed this up, it just will not load...The manufacturer advised me that the warranty is only 12 months. of course since they expect to break right after 12 months.... if you are paying this kind of money for this clock - expect to pay again in 12 or 15 months from now....2) We have have limit how many employees you can list on their program - if you have more than 25 employees expect to pay hefty fees again to "upgrade" the software to "hold" more employees - we already paid once $50.00 to have the liberty to save "on my computer" more than 25 employees - now I reached again the limit - they wanted to charge me $100.00 again3) they run their software on Microsoft Access - hey you need know that this will require your computer to run on 32 bit - I have to run this software on an old computer I have to have this "expensive" clock reports.Not that happy customer.....

Does what it says it does. The software user interface needs improvement - difficult to find your way around the system.Hardware is good but it is sometimes slow to respond to touch input; esp when keying in numbers on the keypad. It is also difficult to key in passwords with special character and numerals in the wifi setup.

I tried to figure out how to use this time clock for quite a long time now. I also asked for help hoping it was me, not being able to follow instructions. It is not that. The clock is not user friendly. The ability to recognize faces is very poor and it is not getting the job done. Throwing money out the window or buying this product will bring you the same result.

Is really ease to use and there is no risk of friends punching, this device helps us reduce and have more control of the employees payroll.We recomended 100%
