if you live north of the mason dixon line you need to take one (D3) everyday. Now is high quality, tested, and at a very fair price.

The best thing about these capsules are that they are the perfect size! I always don’t like when the source of gelatin is not mentioned but thankfully it specifies that its bovine.

This is a tiny gelcap that is easy to swallow. 50,000 IU once a week is a great way to get adequate amounts of vitamin D3 without yet another a daily pill. My levels were on low normal side, after several months of taking this supplement my levels are above middle now. (It can take nine months to raise levels.) I have used various NOW brand supplements for many years and I feel they are good quality based on my own results, still it's nice to have outside confirmation my trust is not misplaced.
