Fantastic!
What a fantastic deal!I had a Senior friend who completely lost the use of his hands by the time he was 72. Sadly, it lead to the end of his independence and shortened his life. Although I am in my early 60's, I have noticed that my hands are losing strength, and so when I saw this kit I had to have it. This hand strengthening kit came in a compact box and included a very nice velvet bag for convenient storage. All the 5 pieces are very well made with quality materials. I love that the hand grip strengthener is adjustable! The other 4 strengtheners are also very well thought out and very useful. This kit is very fairly priced which further attests to the fact that Bob and Brad's true mission is to help people. I so appreciate Bob and Brad's physical therapy You-Tube videos which have helped me immensely with my hip arthritis and Achilles tendonitis, and now with my hand strength. Thank you Bob & Brad!

Strengthen hand for pickleball
I purchased the B&B hand strengthener kit for my thumb joint aches and to strengthen my grip for pickleball. I’ve just started to use the hand gripper and finger stretch band and feel like it’s helping. It was tough at first but it gets a little easier each day as my hand gets stronger. Quality product and would recommend.

Very handy!
I tried out all of the components of this set and I mostly use the little black donut-looking strength trainer. I leave it in my car and exercise my hands while I drive. My hands have gotten noticeably stronger - so opening jars is easier and also squeezing the water out of my swimsuit. I am 65 years old, and hand strength is something I want to maintain. Highly recommended.

Was great until it broke
I've only had this grip strengthened for a few months and it just broke on me. Cheap plastic. Would not buy again.

Great Device that can be Adjusted per Individual
I saw this on a Bob&Brad YouTube video and what a great idea this is. It is flexible and adjustable to so it can be usd by just about anyone. Thanks Bob&Brad for a great product.
