I like how good it taste with just mixing it with water

Years ago I paid big money to go on a medically supervised weight loss diet, which included consuming 2 or 3 protein shakes/puddings each day along with eating healthy meals and moderate exercise. I lost a ton of weight.I would like to lose some weight now. I know how to choose the right foods and exercise, but was interested in finding protein shakes/ puddings because I feel like they were a secret to my weight loss.I have been experimenting with the various ones offered here and have found this particular brand, and flavor, to be the best. It's at least what I like. The consistency is good and the flavor is excellent. I most often prefer puddings to shakes, but I have been experimenting with making my own smoothies, and this stuff turns them into something so good it's hard to believe they're good for you.Again, the consistency and taste is superb. I highly recommend this.

I bought 4 boxes (7 packets in each box) They were shipped in a poly bag instead of a box - which meant 2 of the boxes were crushed and ripped apart. Fortunately, the shake/pudding mix was not damaged so I did not return the items. However - the shipper should have put them in a box. The is the reason for my 4 stars. I give the product 5 stars!!

I've been using this as a lunch replacement for some time. Tastes good. Thick, not watery. Good low carb & low calorie shake.

I did not care for the flavor or texture of this but I love their soups.

It’s filling and tastes great. Please send in a box instead of the other packaging . Comes smashed up every time.

Not a fan of this product due to the flavor.
