Host Defense MycoShield Spray Peppermint, 2 Oz

I love this product! It works great, is easy to use and tastes good. Just a few sprays to the back of your throat and you are set.

I've been using this for over 3 years and swear by it! This stuff is the real deal and helps so much with immune support. I've recommended it to everyone! I keep a 2oz in my fridge and a 1oz always in my purse and get the peppermint ones (cinnamon was too spicy and didn't like other flavors). When I remember, I spray 3-5 sprays one time a day every day. If feeling something coming on, then will use twice a day. I started using it years ago to see if it would help on international plane trips where I would always catch something. Well it did and I haven't had any kind of sickness in travel ever since. It also helps ward off my chronic sinus infections (along with saline & Nutribiotic grapefruit seed oil sprays). Of course to keep your immune system strong you still need good sleep, exercise, no smoking, limited alcohol, limit sugar intake (this will kill your immune system), and keep a decent weight. I love all Host Defense products and heard Paul Stamets say in an interview that if he were to choose just ONE to use on a daily basis, it would be MycoShield spray - at least while he's on speaking engagements and shaking everyone's hands. So I've been using it daily throughout the winter. MANY people around me got colds and flus - but I didn't. I felt the hint of sore throat 2x but kept up with twice-daily MycoShield sprays (plus extra sleep and Wim Hof breathing when I felt the sore throat), and they went away within hours. With the coronavirus now growing around the world, it couldn't be a better time to keep our immune systems healthy. Highly recommended!

Not sure if it's placebo or not, but we seem to get sick less often, or when we do--less severely. We have 4 kids and germs are always flying around! I hope they make a kid friendly flavor at some point!

I started using this my senior year of college. Living in dorms/houses with other students, colds were the absolute norm on a weekly basis. Once I started taking this (I take it the MOMENT I feel a tickle in my throat or even signs before that), I have not been sick w/ a cold or flu or anything since 2019. It is now 2021 and i’m still in shock. Highly recommend!!
