I always cramp horribly the day before and first day of my period. These make life so much easier. They're hard to find so I'm glad I found a multi pack on here.They stick well, they're perfect sized, and help ease the pain so I can work or deal with the family as needed. They last nearly 6-8 hours before I either need to change it out or just use a normal heating pad. It was a good value for the price, I just wish they could get a little hotter.

I couldn’t be happier with these heating pads. I wore one in front and one in back and I slept through the night better than I ever have on “day one.” The heat is extremely soothing. It really helped relieve my cramps and get things flowing. Best, the pads stayed hot for a long time; it’s been 8 hours and they’re still hot. They’re also thin and easy to hide under your clothing. So glad I found these - they really help!

Great product and very helpful. One can extend cure time with small application of heating ointment so value increases with more use time.Heat distribution is calculated very precisely over afflicted area.Excellent!.

I’ve been at work all day and, per my FitBit, I’ve walked almost 4 miles around the hospital. This thing is STILL WARM. Wished it stuck a little better, but definitely still worth it. Never going another cycle without these.

i use these all over my body, but most often on my shoulders. they last for 8-12 hours, you can sleep with them on, they lower my pain rating by at least 3 points. i love them so much i have them on auto ship, i can't live without them.

Helpful when feeling ill. Helps relax cramps. Worth money. Better than off brands.

These did not work at all for me. I thought I must have used the first one incorrectly because it produced no heat. But when I used a 2 more, I had the same issue. I closely followed the instructions on the wrapper all 3 times. Disappointing because I was in a lot of pain and really needed the heat on the go.

As a nurse, these are awesome. They stick to your underwear and heat lasted the majority of a shift. Instructions say to not wear them longer than 8 hours, but they were still very warm when I took them off.
