I thought I would make things easier on myself when I found I could order capsules already separated, ready to fill. I was wrong. I counted at the end and I had a 33% fail rate. My setup, the green trays, will make 100 capsules at a time. I have been making my own capsules for about 8 years. I use it for MSM, which if anyone takes it they know it can be rather bitter. I will go back to buying them as one unit and separate them myself. I never had this kind of issue before. the photo of the single capsule top is fairly representative of the whole. Too many of them are pinched together and no matter what I tried I could not get them to open sufficiently to make them work. The photo with the peach towel shows the mess I had at the end. Their is one photo that shows a capsule that looks like an elbow joint. That's because not only was the top pinched together, but it split as it came into contact with the filled bottom.I do not recommend this product.

These come with both half’s and when pushed together they stay. They help my routine supplements be more routine and they go down super easy. They don’t get stuck!

Several of my family members use these capsules with the capsule maker for magnesium, c, etc. to avoid the extra additives added to most capsules. Or if you find a brand without additives/fillers, they are expensive. We have had great results with these capsules. It works great to have the separate bags. We order the 1,000 pack - so can't speak for the other amounts - but we're happy with them.

These are good capsules, However they vacuum packthem so tight, that the covers get misshapen, and don't work with my capsule machine, unfortunately. So I have to manually cap each one, which takes more time. Other than that, they are quality capsules and cheaper than the others on here.

Oh yeah !!!!! Just like the cool-aid man said. Put the good stuff in and woof em down. Makes taking home made remedies easy and taste-less. Holds a lot but still easy to swallow. Good trips.

Many of the pieces were deformed from close packing, so that they were no longer properly round. This was especially true of the cap pieces (small pieces).When put in the pill making machine, the misshapen pieces destroy themselves, making it necessary to pry the body piece out of the machine, scattering powder all over the place.Some pills even separate after assembly, spilling into the storage container.Pre-assembled capsules take longer, since you have to separate them to put them in the machine, but they are still faster, and much less messy, as all of the capsules are guaranteed to go together correctly, so no wrestling to clean the machine after each batch.Also beware: Ineligible for returns
