Trend 1000pcs Beechwood Joining Biscuits Variety Pack (No. 0, 10, 20) for Woodworking, Joinery, and Furniture Framing, BSC/MIX/1000

I have a Lamello Zeta P2 biscuit machine and wanted to use normal 4mm wood biscuits. I paired my machine with an Amana carbide blade and then ordered these Trend biscuits while I waited for my Lamello brand ones to arrive later in the week. As it turns out, these are better quality than the Lamello brand for almost half the price. Using the Amana carbide blade which is 3.95mm, and using the 4mm Trend biscuit, the fitment was perfect. Snug, but not too tight, and no wiggle. The machining is solid and good all around. The Lamello biscuits were super inconsistent, these are very consistent. I use these biscuits in a professional setting and have great trust in these biscuits. Comes in a small bag, but I ended up putting them in a ziploc bag for easier storage. Great value!

Similar in quality to all other biscuits. Correct size. Held glue well. A great bulk bargain.

Just as I expected them to be. Thickness, weight, size assortment, and quantity as expected and needed. They are functional and ease to use when you have the appropriate method of cutting the biscuit slots.

Good beach wood tight fitting biscuits.

These were pretty good for the most part. Every once in a while I’d find one that was a little fat but I’d buy them again.

Used them a few times already seem to hold extremely well. Been using them on my cutting boards. No complaints or issues as of yet.

Came in box. Haven't used yet but appear undamaged by humidity. Beechwood from a Brand-name. I'm satisfied. For me a lifetime supply

Sono di misura abbastanza precisa.. Entrano bene nei fori della lamellatrice DeWalt che possiedo.. Ottime e se prese in offerta come ho fatto io, sono anche economiche a confronto con altre diciamo meno blasonate!

L'articolo è quanto promette di essere. l'omogeneità dei pezzi non è perfetta (spessore, eventuali ruvidità dei singoli biscotti), ma per la funzione che svolgono, almeno per un utilizzo hobbistico e saltuario come il mio, non influiscono sulla esperienza di utilizzo. E comunque non ho confronti con altri prodotti. Mi sento in ogni caso di assegnare il massimo dei voti. Più che altro, se non li conoscete ancora, sono fantastici concettualmente, garantiscono delle interconnessioni nelle giunture senza eguali, con una superficie di incollaggio molto più estesa. Rispetto ai tasselli a perno non garantiscono un centraggio bidirezionale, ma solo trasversale: è un vantaggio in termini di flessibilità, che richiede però una attenzione maggiore nell'allineamento dei bordi (ma è anche vero che se in fase di foratura cilindrica si becca una vena che sposta la punta al trapano, il tassello a perno non consente troppe correzioni) La confezione ha una quantità soddisfacente per parecchie applicazioni.
