This stuff is good by itself. I have not yet felt any benefits but have only been taking it for a couple of weeks

Wasted my money
I tried this with high hopes based on claims and reviews. I saw absolutely no change in anything... weight, mood, night sweats. Also, although it had a faint vanilla flavor, it was a thick, gooey substance and to try to swallow made me nauseous. Unfortunately, I missed the return window or I would have returned it. Wasted my money.

Thick, sweet, not bad tasting at all. Not sure why I bought it or what it's supposed to do. Definitely no physical changes after taking it faithfully once a day until empty.

Uncertain What its Doing
It's been over a month now... product still gives me a slight queasy feeling (it was stronger when I first started taking it) and I haven't seen any changes in my health. In process of returning.
