Good but needs work
I like these but it seems like my fingers hurt a little bit after a few minutes of use. Nothing serious but just a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, pretty good.

Nice alternative to weighted wrist straps
The media could not be loaded. I have had wrist straps that worked nice as they are a little heavier but they do slide on my wrist and can cause some discomfort with jogging and shadow or heavy bag boxing. They put an excessive amount of weight on your wrist joint. These are nice as they stay in place around hands. For the workouts that you are ok with loosing the function of your hands then these are great.Perfect for shadow and light heavy bag use as they are comfortable to wear and provide a nice 2lb weight to each hand. Also would work with runs and other workouts were you are looking for a little extra weighted resistance.Comfortable to wear, put on yourself and manufactured to last.Check out the video to see in action.

Feels good, but cheap and terrible Velcro.
The feel is great and it fits great. Though I would never get this item again. I have had different ankle, wrist and weighted gloves before. The Velcro on them lasted years until they started to fall apart from how much I used them. The Velcro on these is really cheap and half the time doesn't want to stick. I had these since July of 2023 and well it's hit or miss with the Velcro no matter how clean I keep it. If the Velcro worked all the time then it would be a 5 star product for me.

Makes a workout a heck of a workout
I use these gloves for fitness boxing 2 on the Nintendo switch (I know, I know) but holy cow it makes it a brutal workout!Holding my arms up to stretch at the end is very difficult after an hour session. Great gloves! These gloves strap on nicely and don’t slip off. Velcro is heavy duty and has yet to slip, even with all the punches I’ve thrown. This is a practical way to exercise and gain skills. Works all sorts of muscles you normally wouldn’t work in typical exercises.

Not usable when weight lifting
These gloves work great for wearing during an aerobics class, but there is a section that goes across the palm that makes it very difficult to hold a dumbbell or kettle bell, and makes it impossible to position a weight bar correctly. I tried to reposition that part of the glove to keep all the weight on the back of my hands, but that didn't work. That piece even makes drinking out of a water bottle rather tricky. I think the gloves work great for any activity that doesn't require holding anything (dancing, jogging) but they don't work for me for any activity that requires gripping, like resistance training or jumping rope, or placing my hands flat, like a yoga class.
