Makes a really good cup of coffee without any fuss. Easy to use, quick, and just the right size for a small household. The aroma fills the room — definitely worth it if you enjoy fresh coffee every morning.

We upgraded from the previous Morphy Richards Europa coffee maker that we used for over ten years. This machine delivers the real taste, feel and aroma of espresso. However it is early days and the beans we used were IKEA dark roast Hela Bonor 100% Arabica made in Sweden, and that could have influenced the coffee flavour. Don’t believe the YouTube reviews of coffee makers that are obviously commercially biased. Having lived in 5 countries and travelled in a dozen, we appreciate good coffee and especially espresso. For those who know good coffee from the trash we get in even expensive local joints, this machine is a worthwhile purchase. I can’t comment on durability because it is new, but the older machine from the same group still works albeit at lower bar pressure and not espresso quality.

The fragile glass carafe is replacement part is not available and there is no alternative carafe or universal carafe is available. In India, Amazon product service is poor. I am not getting support or the customer care details of the manufacturer.

Very useful product , simple to use , simple to clean and makes good coffee , totally worth the price .

Good product but the on button and the water level is at the back and is not practical

The machine worked fine for a month then started leaking. The customer care took 15 days to replace a damaged silicon coated pipe and charged me for it. The machine is supposed to be under 2 year warranty, but I was told warranty excludes plastic and rubber parts. The machine is all plastic and rubber, so the warranty is of little use.
