Updated 2 years on: I have added some pictures and updated my review after 2 years of frequent use and being stored outside. This is still going strong and as sturdy as ever. If you are wanting to do things like smash burgers, it can always be pressed down with a set of tongs or another implement.The stainless has only the mildest, smallest signs of corrosion which to me is impressive and a testament to the quality given the abuse it has been through and that it has been stored outside whilst not in use.Original review: This is great for flipping, turning and manipulating meat however it has too much flex for things like smash patties which I wanted it for.A good product that comes as advertised non the less though.
