Great for curving hunger issues
I just got back from a two week vacation cruising and if you have ever been on a cruse you know that food is available 24 hours a day and not just any food but rich, yummy gourmet food! I worked out on the cruse and was very active so didn't gain weight but developed an eating routine I wasn't used to. I needed something to help me break the continuous eating cycle.....Zantrex 3 did it! I started taking it and the food cravings diminished without any jittery or odd feelings. I love this product! I don't feel like I need to be eating all day long without feeling weird. I would recommend it!

Great for energy. Not so much for weight loss.
I'm going to be honest and start off and say that I do not lose any weight on this product. However, I do like it. It gives me the energy I need to finish a workout and to workout harder than I do without it. I use it simply for energy. This is my third bottle so I've used it for a while. It does not make me jittery. It just gives me that get up and go. It does not seem to effect my appetite one way or the other.

Great Picker Upper for the Day
Love, Love, Love these. Not sure if I'm losing weight because of the pills or the energy that it give me to exercise. Either way, I only take one in the morning and the energy it gives me is far more potent than any coffee I've taken.

Will never do business with this company again - VERY DISAPPOINTED IN Kaufman Fragrance company
Ordered this product (which works great, by the way - helps with energy and appetite suppression great, and I highly recommend Zantrex 3) on Sept. 3. Estimated delivery date was by Sept. 17. Got an email with tracking number saying it has shipped around Sept. 13. When Sept. 17 came and went, and I didn't receive my package, I tried to track it, but couldn't. I contacted Kaufman Fragrance and was told they were having trouble with the tracking but the package should arrive within 3 days. Three days later, when it didn't arrive, I contacted them again and got the same answer. After those 3 days, I contacted Amazon, and they sent an email to Kaufman Fragrance. Again, the same response from Kaufman Fragrance. The package finally arrived Sept. 30. No apology or anything from Kaufman Fragrance. While I'll continue to order through Amazon (as I've never had this problem before, and I know it wasn't their fault, and they actually got involved to help out), I will NEVER EVER order anything else from Kaufman Fragrance.

Results with calories and exercise adjustment
Got these a few years ago when I was into diet pills. I was losing weight but I was also counting calories and exercising. Not sure if they help since I did other things too.

Not so good
It actually did nothing for me at all! Maybe it's because I already consume a lot of caffeine? .... I was hoping for a boost and this product did not do it for me . Sad
