Our ScratchMeNot Flip Mitten Sleeves feature a body of bamboo blended fabric that gives just enough stretch for the everyday tug & pull usage. When the mittens are flipped closed, the inner layer of cotton prevents fingers from scratching, while the outer layer of silk glides over the skin reducing skin damage. ScratchMeNot Flip Mitten Sleeves - Sensitive are made of silk & cotton mittens, designed especiallly for those with eczema. They are made for children that scratch or rub themselves consistently due to skin irritation. It may be surprising to know that no matter how often or how short chlldren's nails are clipped, they can still scratch themselves painfully well. From eczema to chronic scratching, your child's skin has a chance to heal without the interference of little fingers scratching and damaging their skin. ScratchMeNots can be used as eczema mittens or to prevent hair pulling, thumb-sucking and more. They can also be used alongside any necessary medications or creams. "This product is pure genius and absolutely wonderful!! ....This has been a life saver and a miracle! My little one would claw and hurt her face because her itching was so bad. With your product, her face has healed. She can no longer hurt herself, but she can still comfort herself when she itches. Thank you...thank you...thank you..." - Vivian No matter when scratching begins, ScratchMeNots help end it by flipping the mittens to the closed position! Children are able to use their hands for activities with the mittens closed. Open them to continue with hands-free time when the scratching has ended.

By far THE BEST THING for eczema for my daughter
By far THE BEST THING for eczema for my daughter. I have had this since she was 6 months old and cant imagine life without it. I can get some sleep in just because I know she will not scratch herself to bleed. I use this when she is sleeping at night and at afternoon nap time. Sometimes during the day depending on itching severity. I have recommended this to all friends in similar position like me and will continue too. Thank you Scratch Me Not!

We just received these and have been looking for a solution to our daughter's picking habit for months. We tried socks, stockings, mittens, rewards, punishments, and nothing worked until these came. We've gone two nights without any picking and we are so thankful!

Works up to a point
I bought these around 3 weeks ago and they have already ripped. I have 4 pairs that I have bought over time and I have been moving down more and more in size to get a more snug fit for my child. But they keep ripping in the same place. All my son does is scratch. He has eczema and these things keep ripping on him. If this is meant for people who scratch then how much it keeps ripping. They work well. If your kids itch then put socks on them or else these things won't last. The mittens themselves are very soft but you have to train your kids to push their hands towards them and use them. My recommendation is get them just right with no wiggle room so that your kids can't slid their hands around and only use the mitten or else these things will break.
