Great rug. The fibers catch dirt and water, the color hides a lot of the dirt, and it's super easy to launder when necessary.It has a backing that doesn't slide, but it's sturdier than other backings I've seen, so it handles the (front loader) washer and dryer just fine.

i was looking for a replacement for my old mat i got at a home show"made in england one" which i love . it is rather small by comparison . i may buy another to attach to it. but i think it works pretty well at absorbing water ,im just used to the larger size for 3 dogs running in

Not absorbent at all! Thin and flimsy. Creates a pile of lint with the first washing - made me think I better not ever wash it again or nothing will be left of this rug!

This doesn't work as expected. I got it for my backdoor so when I let the pets in, they would have to walk across this to get in the house.... thinking it would stop the tracks they bring in... but it didn't. I washed it before using it, just like it said... but it's no miracle rug.. it's just a freaking rug... it works just like all other rugs... nothing special about it. I was really hoping to stop some of mud and dirt my dog tracks in from outside. I'll keep searching. It doesn't even work when I walk in... tracks all over the house.

These rugs are great. Ordered too small the first time but just switched that rug to the back door and ordered a larger one for the front. Have previously ordered same rugs years ago. Still same good quality. Really helps keep floors clean. Highly recommend

I have two other mats made by a different company which in my opinion are much better. This mat, the base material is too light and when you wipe your feet it moves and screws up. Other mats I have come with a thick rubber base which is much heavier and doesn't allow the mat to move or bunch up when you wipe your feet. Very disappointed, find the original maker of this product if you can.

These rugs are really good. I washed them first like it says. They washed up really nice texture. I put them down and watched for a few days. They grab dirt and I have found less on the floors, which is great. I also found they stay where you out them. Love this! Only thing I do not like is they are labeled not fireproof.

These mats work as advertised. The are thin enough to fit beneath the swinging door, yet are very, very absorbent. I ordered one and put it to the test. We've had quite the rain and mud season here this year, and this mat worked better than several other styles of mat that we have tried. It worked so well I ordered an additional 3 mats for use on all our exterior doors and at our guest-house. Do read the instructions, and do remember to wash the mat before using it.
